Role description:
To focus on assisting GBA Pursuit Director to run Pursuit Committees and implement Commercial Excellence
Role accountabilities:
Run Pursuit Committees:
- Assist the GBA Pursuit Committees, including but not limited to helping proposal teams by providing information, filling out CH Pursuit Approval forms, organizing meetings, creating pursuit descriptions for informing purposes and making minutes of the meetings. Collaborate and communicate effectively with professional and senior management, technical, operations, finance, and client development on a frequent basis.
- Assist in and diarize Lessons Learned sessions including recording it, consolidating Lessons Learned regularly. Make it available to Pursuit Teams/CoPs and in Collaboration Hub.
- Manage the quality and volume of Strategic Pursuits based on OSC data. Assist in early engagement with pursuit teams, meaning many months ahead of the RfP.
Develop Commercial Excellence:
- Assist in the operationalization of the Arcadis (GBA) strategy of running Pursuits professionally.
- Assist GBA/country implementation teams in the change and/or implementation of the supporting processes (OSC, MORE-sessions, Level 2 and 3 Pursuit Teams, WINrooms, Pursuit Committees).
- Provide training and develop guidance and/or templates to staff to support the business. Carry out ad hoc pursuits data gathering, analysis and reporting.
- Track and analyse regular KPI status reports (provided centrally), craft draft improvement plans and assist in the follow up.

- Manage workload and priorities in a challenging, fast-paced, and energizing environment to consistently meet multiple deadlines while providing high-quality output.
- Flexible, Client facing and communicative
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering or similar).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, especially Word), PowerBI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating, organizing and producing documents with high precision in a fast-paced environment, working with top levels of professionals.
- Problem-solving mentality by applying analytic, pragmatic and result-driven thinking.
- Experience working with multiple nationalities.
- Experience working at an Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Consulting firm is preferred
