• Who are we looking for:

As a _Purchasing Supervisor, _ you are expected to provides professional administrative support and supervision in acquiring, tracking, controlling, and disposing of the company's fixed assets in a manner that safeguards and allows for sound management of the organization's asset investment. Assists in administering the fixed asset management system inventory by supervising, overseeing, and coordinating the fixed asset management function of capital and controlled assets.

• Reviews fixed asset proposal for all new items received from head office and branches

Evaluates validity of the request for fixed asset replacement/purchase and reports noted exceptions.

• Executes valuation of high-value fixed assets in the system

Connects with the branches on cyclical count6 and report any discrepancies

• Participates in the count analysis and prepares simple templates to resolve issues noted.

Manages supporting documents on investment properties and other fixed assets covered by long term warranty

• Evaluates internal compliance of the section and formulates preventive/corrective actions for the same.

Purchasing and accreditation of Supplies.

• What does it take to be part of the team

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration.

• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a related field.

Knowledge or sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market

• Talent negotiations and networking

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data

Strong leadership skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity, positive outlook and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Requires the ability to make coordinated gross motor movements in response to changing external stimuli within moderately demanding tolerances.
