Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contractual agreements.
Monitor and research market trends, supplier performance, and product specifications to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies, such as ethical sourcing, sustainability, and diversity initiatives.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or in a similar procurement role.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
