JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise daily purchasing activities, supervise staff and assigned tasks.
- Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timeline, etc.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records and other related documents.
- Coordinate with inventory supplies of other business units to determine and manage stocks.
- Manage the maintenance and of office equipment and machinery.
- Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification.
- Prepare cost estimate and managed budget.
- Working to improve purchasing system and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related course.
- With 2-3 years solid experience as Purchasing Supervisor is required for the position.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Trustworthy and values integrity at work.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
