PURCHASING STAFF (RELIEVER) Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience in construction industry (preferred but not required)
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles and receives approved purchased request- Sources out Suppliers for inquiry of the item request and ask for quotation;
Calls the Supplier for the acknowledgement of Purchase Orders sent, and ask for the delivery schedule;
- Follows-up deliveries to Suppliers;
Receives deliveries, invoices from Suppliers and checks the quality, quantity of items delivered;- Scan and log documents for Payment purposes;
Maintains document files
