Key Responsibilities:- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
