Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
