Purchasing Staff

Job Description
Researching potential Suppliers (construction and other related industry).
Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company.|
Coordinating logistics.
Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure construction requirements are met.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Monitoring Stock levels.
Monitoring and tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of items.
Prepare purchase orders for suppliers and invoices to customers.
Facilitate delivery of supplies, equipment and tools to outside projects.
Processes all purchasing documents and coordinates with Purchasing Team regularly regarding status.
Ensures competent quality execution of all purchasing duties and procedures.

• Qualifications

Graduate of Supply Chain Management Course or any 4 year course
With at least 1 year experience in Purchasing
Computer Literate
MS Office Proficient
Good planning and negotiation skills
Good communication skills written and oral
Ability to review, analyze, and differentiate detailed vendor and services provider specifications.
Can start ASAP!
Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez Cubao, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,

• 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
