Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course.
With at least 1 year working experience as Purchasing is required in this position.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, planning, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Information and Communication Technology.
Can work under pressure.
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Seek vendors that offer a combination of quality products and services at an acceptable price level, availability and delivery schedule.
  • Assist in the assessment of the suppliers and maintains records of accredited suppliers.
Reviews and select qualified supplier and prepares Purchase Oder (PO) and purchases the items or service.
  • Follows up with the suppliers about the undelivered items.
Monitors any corrective action performed by the supplier.
  • Assists the Purchasing Head in the preparation of documentation requirements.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City

  • SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,
  • 00 per month
