Daily generation of lacking parts report summary.- On-time simulation of parts needed for large orders.
Immediate placement of emergency order based on the result of discussion with Manager
- Generation of purchase orders, send to suppliers and provide ETA based on Lead time from Suppliers.
Escalate encounters problem to Supervisor/Manager such as Stock Availability, Lead Time, hard to source and etc.- Receiving of orders and generation of supplier invoice and giving copy to Receiving Inspection.
Processing of permits and/or gate pass for Custom purposes when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferably has a college degree in any business-related courses.
Experience: Equivalent years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing of raw materials for electronics, electrical and manufacturing business or construction industries.- Good communication and people skills and can interact with all levels of the organization, stakeholders and interested parties
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and other applicable systems.
