Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

  • Check / Search potential vendors.

  • Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

  • Update internal data base with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discount).

  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

  • Maintain updated records of contracts and invoices.

  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders and deliveries.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related course.

  • With at least 1 year experience in the related field.

  • Proficient in MS Office programs

  • Keen on details (meticulous)

  • Resourceful and with initiative.

  • Systematic and organized.

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work in Makati City.
