Full Job DescriptionThe Purchasing Staff
supports the team in performing daily operational tasks in the department. This role is expected to correctly and accurately monitor inventory of stocks at all times.
- Handles and receives approved purchased request from other department
Sources out Suppliers for inquiry of the item request and ask for quotation;- Prepares canvass sheet, petty cash, request for payment, and Purchase Order for approval of respective signatories;
Sends to Email and Viber the approved Purchased Order to Suppliers;
- Calls the Supplier for the acknowledgement of Purchase Orders sent, and ask for the delivery schedule;
Follows-up Suppliers;- Maintains document files;
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
o Educational Attainment
o Graduate of 4-year course
o At least 1 year of work experience; preferably with Purchasing staff
o New graduate is welcome to apply
