Job Description

  • Maintains supplies inventory on the stock rooms necessary for the daily clinic operation except for items which are on-demand basis only.

  • Creates Purchase Requisitions for supplies that need stock replenishments subject to approval by the immediate supervisor.

  • Makes or generates purchase orders for the purchase requisitions created or received from other departments and have them checked and signed by the supervisor and the Purchasing OIC of ManCom.

  • Sends the Purchase Orders to the appropriate supplier and follow up deliveries of ordered items.

  • Sends and receive stock out supplies to and from other stock room.

  • Request quotations and source out new suppliers, especially for new items being requested by any of the clinic departments.

  • Issues the supplies to appropriate requesting departments.

  • Performs physical counts/inventories periodically as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

  • Performs other functions related to procurement and inventory as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
