Job Description:- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing the materials, equipment, and services that the organization needs to function effectively
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers and prepare reports for all purchasing departments and provide support to all managers to plan and execute all purchasing processes and provide an effective interface with all departments.- Maintains and enters purchase requisitions
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Graduate of any four (4) year course
- With at least 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing
Familiarity of concepts and practices in procurement- Highly organized, trustworthy and keen on details
Strong in negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Established network of suppliers
Above average literacy on computer operationsAmenable to work in S Maison Mall, Pasay City
