Purchasing Officer_Restaurant

To qualify you must have; 5 years experience in the Restaurant industry as Purchasing Officer.

• Responsible for the sourcing and buying food products and supplies, ingredients, materials, equipment and other items that is needed in all the restaurant ( 4 Restaurants - Spanish, Italian and Filipino Cuisine).
  

• Ensure that stocks are sufficient to maintain the operations of the restaurants.
  

• Craft negotiation contracts with the supplier to closing deals with optimal terms.
  

• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  

• Collaborate with the operation team from to time to keep abreast with the need of the operations.
  

• Will report to work 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday including Holidays
  
  On top of the basic pay, we offer Service Charge amounting to 5k to 10k per month.
  
  Job Type: Full-time
  
  Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
