MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Procurement Officer will be responsible for supporting the company in sourcing materials, equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. Perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.
- A. Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies
Assist General Manager with high responsibility and loyalty for smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
Coordinate, and evaluate all purchasing activities of subordinates
Perform and evaluate all purchasing activities to ensure safe and smooth production activities.
Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favorable services.
Perform any purchasing matters by interacting with inside party concerned.
Any other task as assigned by General Manager.
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Provide gap analysis and define short and long term risk & opportunity to management to support the decision making process.
Be constantly aware of changes in the market and economic conditions that may have an impact upon the business and report to the General Manager.
Advise and assist the General Manager in the succession program to ensure continuity of departmental efficiency and procedures.
Maintain productive relationships and partnership with various suppliers.
Ensure that all legal documents and bank documents are maintained.
Ensure that the clients, suppliers and customers are satisfied with quality service and prompt response.
Attend to internal and external meetings as required. Coordinate with Messengers on bank transactions, collection and payment processing.

College Graduate of any course
With minimum of 1 year experience
With experience in Electrical, Lighting or Construction industry is prioritized.
Amenable to work in Potrero, Malabon Head Office
