A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain
Must have knowledge of ERP system and software for forecasting and demand management- Must have an excellent negotiation and planning skills
Must be highly analytical and with good decision-making skills
- Must be results oriented and good interpersonal skills
Excellent English language communication skills both verbal and written- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Has knowledge in budget, financial statements and trend forecasting
Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required- Amenable to work beyond working hours
Willing to work in Paraaque/Merville Pasay area
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services essential for the company's operation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms, pricing and delivery schedule. Secure discounts and favorable payment terms where possible.
Monitors delivery status of the items/supplies- Monitor inventory levels and track usage pattern and coordinate with inventory analyst to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
Responsible for the timely processing of requisitions and converting them into purchase orders, ensuring the details are complete and accurate.
- Analyze costs associated with procurement activities and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies without compromising quality or service.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.- Develop procurement plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
