We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing and Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities and conducting audits to ensure the smooth operation and compliance of our pharmacies.
Manage the procurement process for pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and other inventory items
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory levels
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities, costs, and audits- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure the availability of necessary supplies
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
