Bachelor of Science Civil Engineer or related field
At least minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in procurement.
Able to manage staff for regarding coordination of project site needed.
Develop and maintain the quality standards in procurement department
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of comparison report contract amount versus actual expenses of project site

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
Negotiating with vendors to reduce costs.
Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
Sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendors.
Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies.
Materials delivery and payment schedule should be monitored.
Forecast the inflow and outflow funds, and compared site progress billing to actual expenses through collaboration with the Accounting Department.
Prepares supplier and subcontractor payments ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Prepares Purchase Order
Coordinate and Laisse Project IN charge regarding request Materials.
Coordinate to Suppliers regarding of Materials delivery
Performs other duties as assigned.
