Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies
- Prepare, implement, and ensure strict compliance with policies & procedures for efficient operations
- Prepare and implement vendor accreditation process and perform vendor performance evaluation
- Streamline procurement process to ensure all requirements are delivered at the best possible
time with the best quality and price
- Develop and maintain a process for monitoring all Purchasing activities
- Participate in Research & Development of products
- Ensure logistics are scheduled properly with coordination with the General Affairs Dept
- In charge of the monitoring of inventory of materials in the staff house;
- Resolve vendor or subcontractor grievances and claims against suppliers
- Coordinate with another department on the approved specifications for awarding bids
- Report directly to the Director
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering course
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory/material control, and warehouse management
Knowledge and familiarity with the Logistics process especially the import and export process
Knowledge and familiarity with Construction Industry
Knowledge and familiarity with Wastewater Treatment Process is an advantage
Strong negotiation skills
Strict time management
Excellent communication skills with a good leadership background
Has a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under
pressure
