Job Description

Assumes responsibility for the finding, reviewing, and placing of orders for materials, supplies, office and computer equipment, tools, and researching new deals and suppliers.
Perform or facilitate purchasing processes (requisition, canvassing, preparation, payment, and deliveries).
Follow up on orders to ensure that materials, equipment, furniture, and fixtures are delivered on schedule.
Inspect the product received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain records and follow-up files on purchases, asset monitoring, inventory, and related matters.
Provide general support to clients or suppliers, like meetings, proposal discussions, or presentations.
