Responsibilities- Research and identify potential suppliers for required goods and services.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and other relevant factors.- Select the most qualified suppliers to meet the organization's needs.
Request quotes and compare prices.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deal.- Develop and finalize purchase agreements that meet legal and organizational requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase orders with accurate product details, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.- Maintain clear communication with suppliers throughout the purchasing process.
Graduate of BS Pharmacy (Open for FRESH GRADUATES)- Preferably with minimum 1-year experience in purchasing (local or importation)
Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP)
- Has business writing skills
Has keen eye on details- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
