Responsibilities- Close coordination to suppliers and conduct negotiation to ensure to get the best price for each purchased product.
Conduct Market Research to identify trends.- Inspect products received for quality and quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
- Monitored stock level and identify purchasing needs.
Maintain open lines of communications with suppliers. Performs related job duties as required.
- Business Administration graduate or equivalent
Preferably with minimum 1-year experience in purchasing (importation)
- Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP)
Has business writing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
