Job Specification
- Able to facilitate weekly regular supplies requisition.
- Able to coordinate the requisitions made by the units/departments.
- Sources out suppliers for existing supplies
- Compiles all purchasing documents for information and reference purposes
- Coordinates with suppliers for any delivery issues.
- Coordinates status of supplies requisition with concerned units/departments in case of non-delivery, short delivery, or rejected delivery supplies.
