Initiate canvassing using the sample provided by the requestor
Short-listing of potential suppliers via preparation prior canvassing
Will be assigned to do field work to purchase and pick-up item
Ensuring all purchase requests for all items are processed/quoted in a timely manner and with the correct details/special instructions
Maintain good and professional working relationships with all suppliers.
