Operational Responsibilities: Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers
Track the status of orders
Reviews deliveries against orders
Interact with the suppliers
Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
Perform buying duties out of the office when needed
Contact suppliers in order to schedule deliveries and to resolve shortage, missed or late deliveries and other problems
Monitor the terms of payment for suppliers
At all times provide a favorable image of Canbro Concepts Holdings, Inc. aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all of its areas of endeavor
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Business Administration/Office Management or any related course
Can work in a fast paced environment
Can do multitasking
