Order Processing: Assist in placing orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and confirm order details.
Inventory Management
: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to determine purchasing needs.Record Keeping
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.Follow-Up: Track orders and deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of goods and resolving any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
