Responsibilities
Assist in creating purchase orders and managing purchase requisitions
Ensure delivery of goods and services in accordance with user requirements and delivery schedules
Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing or orders
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information
Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
Support departmental efforts in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a related industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledgeable in procurement processes and inventory management systems.
