General Function:provides the required logistics through proper canvassing, purchasing, and other efficient means.
- Create purchase order as per instruction of Management.
- Create monitoring sheet every issuance of notice to proceed
- Send the purchase order copy to suppliers and to all site offices for receiving purposes if the materials is delivered properly of not.
- Monitor the delivered materials base on purchase orders
- Prepare request for payment for all suppliers and give to treasury department
- Conduct inventory to all construction site
- Monitor the inventory materials
- Monitor the materials price adjustment / canvas materials
- Human Relations or Customer service functions:
- Constantly communicates with co-employees, other departments, site offices and most especially to suppliers.
- Others duties or functions being performed:
- Clerical and encoding tasks
- with an experience with Construction industry
- Educational attainment: Graduate of any four-year course
