JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Purchasing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by researching potential vendors, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet the organization's purchasing needs and contribute to its operational efficiency.

BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- At least 1-year experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
With strong communication skills
- Proven experience in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills- With strong attention to details
Ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently.
- Experience in using Google sheets for data management and analysis.
Familiarity with procurement best practices and procedures.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt in thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.- Understands urgency and can handle client pressure and deadlines.
