JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring proper coordination of Purchasing department concerns with other departments, property associations, suppliers, and vice versa.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving and transmittal of documents from and to other departments.
- Maintaining central file (hard and soft copy) and tracking file of various documents such as Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Receiving Report, etc.
Constant request/follow-up of quotation/delivery/other concerns from suppliers.- Coordination with Project Management Team, Property Admin Group, Associations, and other departments regarding their purchase requests.
Monitoring of stock materials for various projects.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies for Purchasing Department.
- SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from a Construction or Property Development Firm.
Knowledge in Purchasing method and processes, SAP system.- Pro-active and exhibits positive attitude towards work.
