Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Office, Financial Management Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses
Preferably 2-3 years experienced employee specializing in the related field
At least 2 year(s) of track record in purchasing, and understanding of supply chain procedures
Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Can speak English & Tagalog.

Job Description:
To verify requisition details accuracy and support documents as needed, answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellation.
To obtain quotation from approved supplier based on the requirements.
To review prices and products specification from suppliers to determine which would provide best offer.
To monitoring and expediting orders, verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered, resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Track orders and ensure delivery
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Make P.O, Commercial Invoice. Recheck the Bill of Ladding and Packing List, coordinate w/ Brokerage company
Source canvass car accessories materials, negotiates for the best pricing from the suppliers
