JOB TITLE: Purchaser

- JOB SUMMARY: The Purchaser is responsible for managing the company's procurement process. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services that meet the organization's standards for quality, cost, and delivery. The Purchaser will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement practices.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies in orders.
- Collaborate with inventory control to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
