Job Title:PURCHASER

• Location: Quezon City

• Job Summary:

Purchaser is responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery materials to meet customer order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines at the project site. Familiar with procure-to-pay process.

• Education Level:

- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any Supply Chain Management related courses.

- Fresh graduates of BS Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any Supply Chain Management related course are open to apply

• Minimum Years of Experience:

- At least 6 months work experience in Purchasing

- Familiar with procure-to-pay process ( (sourcing of vendor, canvassing, request of proposal, awarding, monitoring of delivery and payment)

• Skills/Specialization/Training:

Ability to negotiate with suppliers.

• Has a high sense of urgency and customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations
