Assist in identifying and evaluating reliable vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery for procurement needs.- Assist in reviewing the quality of purchased goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Support the negotiation of contract terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Accurately input order details such as vendor information, quantities, and prices into the company's internal database.
Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and assist to prepare reports on costs and market trends for decision-making.- Monitor stock levels, place orders under supervision, coordinate with the warehouse, and maintain the purchase records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and assist in resolving any operational issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends by helping gather relevant information from trade shows and exhibitions.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or BBA
- Strong analytical and research skills.
Basic knowledge of vendor sourcing, supply chain, and inventory management.- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Interest in the solar industry or machinery procurement is preferred.
