The Public Relations (PR) Officer is responsible for helping in organizing and overseeing the PR activities of J&T Express Philippines. He/she also ensures effective communication with the stakeholders, the media, and the public and sees to it that connection is built with these key people.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Work alongside the PR Supervisor in building impactful brand campaigns and media relations strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Social Media, Sales & Marketing, Regional Teams) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including key editors in the media industry, content creators, KOL/influencers, talents, and similar stakeholders like local government units, etc.
- Help write, edit, and update promotional material and write-ups for publication
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
- Prepare and submit PR reports, help manage public relations strategies, and handle crisis communications.
ABOUT YOU
- A Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media/Advertising graduate or any related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing, with a proven track record across multiple industries (with PR agency experience a plus).
- Has a strong understanding of media and public relations, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment, must be quick to learn new tools, and have a great passion for learning about E-commerce and Logistics.
- Willing to report on-site in our office in BGC, Taguig.
