- JOB DESCRIPTION/FUNCTIONS:
a. Manage and oversee the PVAO's official website and Facebook page, ensuring he availability of up-to-date content and information on veterans affairs and PVAO's services;
b. Responds to queries, comments, and complaints of clients lodge through the PVAO Facebook page;
c. Manages the PVAO official e-mail address [Confidential Information] by responding to e-mail concerns of veterans, stakeholders, and clients;
d. Assist in generating a quarterly analysis of PVAO's FB Engagement and Customer Satisfaction Analysis report, which shows how concerned divisions of PVAO acted and resolved the complaint filed;
e. Assist in consolidating quarterly the Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) survey forms received by Frontline Divisions from walk-in claimants;
f. Assist in tabulating, documenting and processing statistical data of the queries and complaints received by PVAO from different feedback mechanisms;
g. Assist in designing and implementing social media strategy and create a Social Media Content Calendar which can be used in planning and scheduling online posts and content;
h. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
