JOB SUMMARYThis position shall be primarily responsible for planning and directing public relations programs and events designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company and its brand portfolio.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the media representatives, trade magazines, radio, television, clients, and vendors
Recommends and coordinates with influencers and KOLs for seeding initiatives
Helps in conceptualizing articles for media seeding
Responsible for sending out all press releases
Coordinates product seeding initiatives across different brands and business units
Comes up with copies for campaigns, spiels for events, etc.
Assists PR Manager with compilation and production of press kits
Responsible for budget preparation for events and photo shoots
Helps source out external suppliers and service providers such as caterers, photographers, videographers, stylists, hair & make-up artists, venues, etc.
Monitors media releases and articles published per month
Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media, or other business-related courses
- At least one year minimum experience preferably in marketing or related industry
Knowledgeable in PR Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Events
Proficient in English and Filipino in both oral and written
Ability to collaborate with levels in the organization and adapt to various changing situations
Having a wide network of media linkages is an advantage
Journalistic and creative writing skills are a plus but are not required
