Centaur Marketing is looking for full-time Account Managers. You will service existing clients to ensure we meet business objectives in a timely manner within the allocated budgets. You will work with other internal team members in requirements gathering, project planning, and general technical questions.
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client(s).
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborating with staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Assisting with overall planning by developing monthly or per project communication decks.
- Overseeing products team to ensure that projects are completed within budget
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics- Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Highly proficient with Microsoft officeespecially excel
- Familiar with project management software Trello
Proficient writer- Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email, and in person)
An excellent communicator and collaborator
- Bachelor's degree from a top University in related field or comparable experience is required.
Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment- Capable of hitting daily deadlines
Good analytical skills
- Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
Keen ability to multi task Teachable spirit
Salary will be dependent on skill level
Note: New hires are required to report to our office in Makati
