Job Title: Proposal Manager- Job Type: Part-time (4 hours per day)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team. This role requires a high level of proficiency in English and strong experience in proposal management.
Proposal Development:- Lead the development, writing, and editing of proposals for new business opportunities.
Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements and company standards.- Coordinate with various departments to gather and integrate necessary information for proposals.
Research and Analysis:- Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze and summarize solicitation documents and requirements to guide proposal strategy.Project Management:
Oversee the proposal development process from inception to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, task lists, and timelines.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather essential information and clarify requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and professionally presented proposals.
Review and refine proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.- Ensure all proposals adhere to the highest quality standards and are free of errors.
Design and Presentation:- Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create compelling graphics, charts, and layouts for proposals.
Ensure all visual elements align with the company's branding and presentation standards.
Experience:
Proven experience in proposal writing and management, preferably within the healthcare or related industries.English Proficiency:
Must have an advanced level of English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating visual content.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
Availability to work 4 hours per day.
