Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content- Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand client requirements and develop proposal outlines and schedules
Create and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other reusable materials to streamline the proposal development process
- Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with company branding and messaging
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with proposal management software or tools is a plus
