Role description:
Pursuit Teams and Global Counterparts, Global Business Area Stakeholders, Individual Contributors supporting Pursuits & Proposals, and Team Leaders
Role accountabilities:
- Supports and works with the Function Manager Commercial Enablement (Bids/Proposals workstream) in developing strategies to manage multiple teams and improve operations, drive projects to completion through prioritization and cross-functional collaboration, and establish clear job responsibilities and performance expectations across the team.
- Track performance using metrics like utilization, quality assurance, and client satisfaction, monitor compliance with company regulations, and align workstreams with other team leaders.
- Identify training needs for continuous improvement, enhance processes, support talent acquisition, collaborate with HR and IT for seamless onboarding, and leverage expertise in data management and analysis to maximize team potential.
- Assists in providing guidance and steering direction on business integration initiatives geared towards establishing and/or strengthening traction for a specific country/region/GBA, driving collaboration with business stakeholders and team leaders while mentoring and coaching direct reports.
- Help manage the team's workload and monitor RMS as needed.
- Contribute, participate and provide support on the continuous process improvement of the Global Shared Service Center.
- Works and supports the Function Manager Commercial Enablement (Bids/Proposals workstream) in developing and rollng-out the team roadmap projects targeted at addressing business and workstream needs.
- Liaises with and coordinates with global and in-country pursuit teams/counterparts and business leaders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency with MS Office applications. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
- At least (8) years of total experience in Sales and/or Business Development roles within a large, multifaceted organization.
- Prior supervisory / team management experience is required.
- With a minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating, scheduling, editing and producing proposals, statement of qualifications, reports, pre-qualifications and client presentation.
- Bachelor's degree in any course, business-related, or MBA an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferably tech savvy, with prior experience in project / program management roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment and dedication through participation in process improvement initiatives and other team-related activities.
- Ability to develop, mentor and inspire direct reports and influence those without direct management responsibility
