Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor is responsible for decision-making and problem solving within his department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides specific instructions and closely supervises task accomplishments.
2. Closely monitors and controls issuances of materials/supplies requested by various end users.
3. Supervises the materials for every project.
4. Closely monitors and receives deliveries
5. Perform other task and/s functions as may be assigned and/or required by the General Service Manager / School Director / School Authorities

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Academic: Graduate of any four (4) year course.

Work Experience: At least three (3) years work related experience.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM 6:00PM
