As a Property Specialist for RLC Condominiums, you will be responsible for promoting and selling RLC's premium condominium units to prospective buyers. Your primary focus will be to showcase the unique features and benefits of our properties, build relationships with potential clients, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
Proactively seek out potential buyers and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct property presentations and tours to showcase the features, amenities, and value proposition of RLC Condominiums.
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding pricing, floor plans, financing options, and any other relevant aspects of the properties.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the buyer and RLC Residences.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and objectives.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Previous experience in real estate sales (Lamudi or any related business) is an advantage but not required.- Previous experience in lead generation or handling crm in Financial industry, insurance industry, and real estate industry is an advatage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
