Property Specialist

Position Available: Property Specialist

Our Premier Property Specialists will be part of our pioneer in-house sales team that is tasked to market and sell our luxury residential project, The Velaris Residences South and North Towers.

They should be able to master the project, do virtual and face-to-face client presentations, in booth manning schedules, generate leads through various activities, and close sales.

• Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

College graduate or have at least completed 2 years.

• PRC Real Estate/DHSUD license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
