Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI) is the sales and marketing arm of Ayala Land for the overseas Filipino market. It engages in promoting and marketing real estate products such as land, buildings, condominium units, townhouses, apartments, house and lot packages and all other forms of real estate products owned and/or developed by Ayala Land, its subsidiaries and affiliates, within and outside the Philippines. ALISI has expanded its reach through digital platforms and physical offices in San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role - the International Property Specialist will primarily be located in Makati but the role also allows for some work from home. They will be responsible for engaging with potential international clients and providing them with in-depth analysis and information about Ayala Land properties along with all relevant legal, tax and ownership issues. Other responsibilities include providing support for overseas roadshows, preparing budgets, monitoring developments, managing customer relationships, providing pre and post-sales support and working collaboratively with other sales professionals, brokers, and managers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate
• Proven track record of delivering against or exceeding measurable goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with international clients
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based, and target-driven environment
• BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Fluent in English; proficiency in the language of the target market is preferred
• Willing to work beyond normal hours as necessary
• Willing to travel, if needed
