Job Overview: Helping in generating leads and recommend suitable land cuts for the clients
- Interacting with potential buyers or lessees to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Conducting property tours to showcase available units, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits.- Facilitating the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met.
Processing the documentation for lease transactions (such as Letter of Intent, Lease Offer and Lease Agreement)
- Going to fields to look for potential buyers or lessees.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate transactions.- Coordinate with Brokers who have potential clients
Assist in competitor study- Coordinate with Marketing team in organizing the installation of marketing collaterals on site
Coordinate with the Marketing team in organizing events or activations
At least 3 years related working experience in the field of Real Estate, Sales and Leasing.
- Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Knows the Siargao, El Nido, Coron market well- Must have excellent communication skills and has great attention to details.
