As a Sales Executive at Ohmyhome, you will play a key role in driving property sales and fostering client relationships. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in real estate sales to join our dynamic team.

• Key Responsibilities:

Client Assistance: Guide clients through property viewings (trippings) and ensure their needs are met.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to drive revenue growth.Property Promotion: Manage property listings and promote sales through various advertising channels.

• Client Meetings: Engage with prospective buyers to present real estate deals and understand their property preferences.

Document Handling: Oversee the preparation and approval of essential documents, such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.

Deal Closure: Coordinate the closing of property transactions, ensuring all documents are signed and payments are processed.Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers before finalizing deals.

• Intermediary Role: Act as a liaison between property sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.

Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with sale terms and conditions.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales operations and performance using CRM systems.Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to assess competitor pricing and inform pricing strategies.

• Client Recommendations: Offer informed recommendations to buyers and connect them with property consultants for legal and mortgage services.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all property deals comply with relevant housing laws and policies.

Market Monitoring: Track market trends to identify potential clients and secure brokerage deals.Client Relations: Maintain ongoing contact with clients to explore future business opportunities.

• Professional Development: Participate in industry seminars, conferences, and events to enhance knowledge and expand your network.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Strong skills in sales management and people management.

• Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Property/Real Estate.
