The Property Operations supervisor will directly report to the Property Manager.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Event's place.
- Facilitate and/or monitor ongoing repairs and renovations of facilities to ensure timely and proper completion
Supervises all outsourced services including housekeeping, engineering and civil works, as well as pest control and garbage collections efforts.- Evaluate existing administrative or operational policies, practices and techniques on assigned sections and recommend improvements
Sets performance goals, monitors team productivity, and provides performance evaluations and constructive feedback to subordinates
- Ensures that all compliance certificates are updated per relevant legislation
Performs other related functions may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering.- Has experience supervising an Event's Place.
Has knowledge with electrical concerns and can do minor electrical works
- Has know how with aircon units and other electrical machines and equipment
With Excellent written and oral communication skills- With good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients, agencies, public officials, and the general public.
- With good customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications- Amenable to working in Santol St., Brgy Santol Quezon City
