The RoleThe Property Operations Supervisor actively supports the efficient functioning of facilities management operations. This role includes assisting with building maintenance, property management, and conducting inventory assessment. The property operations supervisor contributes to health, safety, and security compliance efforts, managing permits for repair/renovation projects. Additionally, this person actively coordinates moving logistics, support maintenance activities, and aid in the procurement of necessary supplies. Success in this role requires active collaboration with teams, effective communication, and familiarity with project management tools. Overall, the Property Operations Supervisor actively participates in various aspects of facilities management to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Oversee the general upkeep of Company Listed Properties and its infrastructure.
- Monitor inventory inside the properties.
Ensure that Company Listed Properties are maintained and ready for Lease/Sell.- Ensure that the facilities are safe and functional at all times.
Manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues.
- Develop schedules for routine maintenance, encompassing all electrical equipment and facilities, not limited to Air Conditioning units.
Address emergency repairs promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.- Manage installation of new equipment and oversee building upgrades according to owner requests/Property-Sales Team and to preserve the facility maintenance.
Keep abreast of pertinent regulations and guarantee adherence to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Execute strategies for disaster preparedness and recovery, ensuring the protection of facilities and the well-being of occupants.
Attend to other tasks that the management may deem necessary.
Generate and deliver reports regularly, including weekly updates, maintenance schedules and other necessary reports as needed.- Collaborate with other teams and groups as required to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Establish and maintain a network of contractors and service providers to ensure comprehensive coverage for all maintenance tasks.
Bachelor's degree on any field or equivalent years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract handling experience.- Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations/compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
