The
Property Officer assists in both sales or easing and administrative requirements of the Bank's assets. This role is pad ally quota based.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Leasing
- Execute sales plan and meet the group's quota.
Expand sales channels and strategies.
- Actively source lessees for bank properties.
Maintain an active database of brokers & customers.- Review all commercial terms and negotiable for best pricing and terms.
Track payments and ensure billings and notices are sent out.
- Manage accounts under Sales Contract Receivables (SCRS)
Properly Management
- Assess needed maintenance of properties and oversee implementation of such.
Manage payment of taxes, association dues and other relevant payments.- Track status of occupants and legal actions and endorse any further actions as needed.
Execute any actions to property such as logistics arrangements.
Contract Preparation and Monitoring
- Prepare term sheet on ROPA sales, contracts and letters.
Monitor expiration on lease contract / full payment on SCRS.- Execute letters and notices as scheduled.
Monitor appraisal annual report and insurance
Compliance and Risk Management.
- Prepare the reportorial requirements in terms of Sales, Leases, Delinquent Accounts and collections for accounts booked under Sales Contract Receivables.
Ensure all aspects of ROPA are compliant and audit ready at all times.- Comply with existing bank guidelines and policies
College Graduate any degree- At least one (1) year experience in real estate leasing/sales.
Advantage if assigned to a quota-based role.
- Has strong communication skills - English & Tagalog
Adept in Microsoft software (word & excel) JAM to SAM rank
